Fr. Andrew was born in Mangad, Quilon Kerala on 16th October 1977. His family belongs to the parish church of St. Thomas, Kandachira of the Diocese of Quilon.
He made his first profession on 15th May, 1997 and his final profession on 9th February, 2004. On 19th May, 2004, he was ordained Priest of the Order of Capuchin Friars Minor (OFM Cap.), St Francis Capuchin Province, Kerala.
He did his Philosophical studies at MaryGiri philosophical college, Trivandrum, Kerala and his Theological studies at the Bodhi Institute of Theology, Quilon, Kerala. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kerala University.
After his ordination, Fr. Andrew was assigned to various postions:
2004 to 2005 --- Marygiri Ashram, Kudappanakkunnu, Trivandrum
Assistant Parish Priest --- Fatima Matha Church Kudappanakkunnu. Trivandrum
Assistant School Manager --- Marygiri Secondary School, Trivandrum
Prefect of Studies --- Marygiri Philosophical College, Trivandrum
Provincial Vocation Promoter --- St. Francis Capuchin Province Kerala
2005 to 2009 - Vicariate Apostolic of Arabia
Assistant Parish Priest --- The Parish of our Lady of the Rosary, Doha, Qatar
Father Andrew joined the Apostolic Vicariate of Nortern Arabia on 22nd Dec, 2009. He is the former Parish Priest of Our Lady of Arabia Parish, Ahmadi.
On June 6, 2011, he was assigned to Saint Daniel Comboni Parish as Assistant Parish Priest.
On 19th October 2012, Father Andrew was transferred to the Holy Family Cathedral Parish, where he presently serves as Asst. Parish Priest.

The Vicariate of Kuwait is now the Apostolic Vicariate of Northern Arabia which includes Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The decree from the Holy See came into effect on May 31, 2011.
