2004-2006: Studies at the Pontifical Ecclesiastical Academy and completion of Doctorate in Canon Law at the Pontifical Urbaniana University.

Diaconate: Received on 28 April 2001 in St. Peter’s Basilica, Rome, through the imposition of the hands of Cardinal Jozef Tomko, Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples.
Presbyterate: Received on 29 June 2002 in the Cathedral Church of the Assumption of Virgin Mary in Iasi, Romania.
