1. We are in the 25th week of Ordinary Time. The Word of God invites us to be like little children who are docile, to surrender ourselves to the will of God and to be of service to our neighbour. In
this way we shall be righteous.
2. After nine years of service to our parish and to the Church in Kuwait. Fr. Johnson returns to India on 24th September 2024. We appreciate him for his spiritual animation, the celebration of
Sacraments and for his priestly service to our parish. Thank You Fr. Johnson may the good Lord protect, bless and guide you all your life.
3. On Saturday, 21st September is the feast of ST. MATHEW, THE APOSTLE.
4. The Novena in preparation for the Parish Feast - St. Therese of the Child Jesus will commence on Wednesday, 25th September and it will be animated by the various Parish Ministry groups. The
rosary will begin at 5:50 pm followed by the novena and Holy Mass. The theme for the Novena is, "TEACH US TO PRAY". All parishioners are invited to listen to sermons on the various aspects of
Prayer in our Christian Lives. Each day we also invite various groups of people to join our celebrations so we can pray for them. On Wednesday 25th we invite all Doctors and Nurses in a
special way to join us for Mass. During the Novena days prayer petitions can be written and dropped in a basket which will be kept on a table near the centre aisle and another basket kept outside the Adoration Chapel. These
petitions will be presented during the offertory procession every day.
5. His Excellency Bishop Aldo Berardi will be making a Pastoral Visit to our parish from Sunday 29th September to Friday 4th October. Let us pray that his visit may be fruitful and effective, and
lead to a rejuvenation of our relationship with God and blessings upon our parish.
6. We are grateful to the members of The Small Christian Communities who organized a Collection Drive on behalf of the Parish to reach out to the needy and the poor people of our parish. We
distributed 465 hampers to poor families. We are grateful to all our parishioners who generously contributed various items for the hampers and many who made donations for the same. Members
from various ministries also joined and helped to prepare and distribute the hampers. God bless you all.
7. Due to various reasons Catechism Classes will henceforth be held in the Church premises. To allow for this the 8:00 am Mass every Friday will now be at 7:30 am. All parishioners are

3. Children's Mass: 10:00 am
